First, we consult with management to identify and evaluate the unique cultural, performance and employee issues
within their organization. This is because each People Resources solution we develop is unique to each of our
clients.
We call it client-centered consulting. Which means we work with you to identify and define the issues of concern
to your organization, map out and evaluate possible solutions and put plans into action.
In addition, we provide management with supervisory training and seminars, feedback analysis,
measurement and follow-up.
But we don't stop there. We continuously monitor workplace and social trends, and we implement interventions
that target rising issues with individuals or groups. We also solicit vital feedback to refine and improve results
and follow-up with additional surveys and training where indicated.

Supervisors will learn how to make referrals to EAP. On-line access to EAP Supervisor Training provides 24
hour availability for newly hired or promoted supervisors and supervisors who can't attend on-site training
